The Pain only Creatives understand

About Me
Where to start? Writing about myself feels like trying to hold water in my hands — too slippery, too honest. I ask myself if this matters to anyone, if it helps, if it’s wise. But I’ve learned that showing up, more raw than cooked, is part of the deal. So here I am.
If I had to call myself something, I’d say I’m a seeker. I’ve spent my life searching—for beauty, truth, love, healing. An excellent coffee. A home that doesn’t just keep me warm and safe but reflects something of who I am. A line in a book that makes my heart come alive. The best art practice, the most alive version of me. Sometimes it’s a recipe that makes my heart jump just reading the ingredients. Sometimes it’s music that stitches something back together. Always, it’s something that calls me toward myself.
I’ve been a painter, a garden designer, a Feng Shui practitioner. I modeled. I embroidered. I moved around a lot. I got to know myself in different places. Life has its own ways, sometimes it comes with a punch in the ribs. And loss, well... loss rearranges things, it creates gaps. We grieve when losing loved ones, but what about the parts of us that got snatched away? A soul fragment here, a piece of trust there. Often you don’t quite notice until you wake up one day and realize you’ve become small in places you used to be alive.
And yet—I don’t believe those parts are gone. I think they’re out there, hiding in places where we don't dare to look. The soul is supposed to speak in soft whispers, but I think she is often loud. She tells us to stop, to listen, to feel and to care—about the constant reactions within our bodies for example which are revealing the secrets we don't want to face.
That’s what I do now. I help people look. I help them remember. We follow the threads together—your stories, your lost parts, the forgotten music in your bones. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s magic. Often it’s both.
And that’s my invitation. If you feel like something’s missing—something essential, something that once made you feel real—I’ll go with you. We’ll find the flowers in the landscape. We’ll listen for what’s still calling your name.
I’m an artist who’s spent years navigating the space between expression and uncertainty. Like many creatives, I’ve felt blocked, lost, unsure of how to move forward—but I’ve also discovered that the creative path is often the clearest way back to yourself.
What I’ve learned is that the blocks we face aren’t failures—they’re signals. Beneath them are old stories, outdated beliefs, and the parts of ourselves still waiting to be seen, heard, and reclaimed.
My work is about helping others—artists, seekers, and anyone feeling disconnected—uncover their creative voice and find clarity, purpose, and inner freedom. Through deep, therapeutic coaching, I support you in healing what holds you back so you can create from a place that feels whole and true.
